Stella's Cafe', Friends, Flowers, Sally...

Janice and Jamie are boaters from Kitchener and we hang out with them at Ocean Reef in the Bahamas.  It was a big surprise when they came to visit us at the Cafe'.

Elie and Sally bring me flowers every Thursday to put around the Cafe'.  Thanks to both of you so much.  They are beautiful.

I painted the Boler.  The inside is two toned purple.  Mom made covers for the cushions.

I love clothes lines and hanging up the clothes.

This is our bunky/trailer.  We covered it with lattice work and I have 6 vines growing around it.  I'm putting a stained glass window in the door and painting the door green.  I'm very happy with it this year...it feels like home.

Touring the South Shore.  Isn't it beautiful.

Two very good friends, Gayel and her daughter, Sandra.

And Jim and Sharon and Kim came to visit us from Lakeshore Yacht Club in Toronto.  They were on their boat in Stella Bay.

My corner booth with my prisms in the window and a beautiful lily.

I invited the family over for an afternoon of visiting and eating.  Starting on the left: Uncle Acton, Gayel, Winnefred, Jean, Aunt Laura, Pauline, Aunt Doris, Lilian and me.

My very dear friend Sally Jakabowski died this month of pancreatic cancer.  We traveled together, she lived with us for two years at the 6th Street house, she started with us on our trip down to the Bahamas, we went scuba diving with sharks, she took me to Atlantis, we went to the Women's Festival in Michigan, we sand in the MCCT choir together, we shared a lot of adventures together and now she is on the biggest adventure of all and she has left us behind.  I'll miss you forever Sal.

Stella's Cafe', Sunsets, old pics...

At Stella's Cafe' on Friday Night friend Janet Scott and her granddaughter, Rebecca are helping serve strawberry shortcake.

Sunset sitting on Joan and Dan's front veranda, beautiful, isn't it?

I'm still working on digitizing my old pictures.  This is Mike O'Connell my boyfriend when I first moved to Calgary.

This is my friend, Virginia Freeman.  She lives back of Newburgh.

This is Sarah in a bucket of water beside the pool.  She was afraid of the pool but loved standing in her bucket.
